Yoga For Life is a 5-Week Online Immersion perfect for beginner students looking to establish a yoga practice, experienced students with a desire to go deeper, and yoga teachers in need of renewed inspiration.
Enjoy a retreat experience from the comfort of your own home and be guided through a daily rhythm of practice to center you, nurture your body, open your heart, and provide lasting clarity and freedom.

The Yoga For Life Online Immersion takes place over 5 consecutive weeks beginning October 23, 2021.
You will be guided through the immersion in three parts: the live half day retreat, the core curriculum, and the live closing Q&A.
Saturday October 23
The half-day retreat is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and into a supportive, nurturing environment that encourages you to unwind and reconnect. We will gather live on zoom to initiate our time together with an opening circle, intention setting, and a replenishing practice. Although we highly recommend tuning in to the collective energy live, a recording will be made available if you are unable to make it.
Sunday October 24-
The core curriculum is packed with everything you need to establish a supportive yoga practice that fits into your life. You will find carefully crafted yoga and meditation practices that will ground, inspire, nurture, and rejuvenate you. New content will be uploaded to the online portal every Sunday including new practices for the week, recorded meditations, reading, journal prompts and more! Study and learn bonus material at your own pace.
Saturday November 27
At the conclusion of the 5 weeks you will feel enriched and inspired by your journey. Join me on zoom for a live closing Circle and Q&A to celebrate! Enjoy a beautiful closing ritual that will elevate your spirit and carry you forward on your path. Receive my direct support and ask any lingering questions. Tune into the collective energy and receive encouragement from your tribe! A recording will be sent out for those who can’t attend live.

The half-day retreat sets the foundation for the Yoga For Life journey. Learn the power of intention setting and directing energy through the art of simple awareness so that you can create a reality that excites you and carries you through the course.
We will practice breathing techniques to calm and center the nervous system and move through a practice to anchor the body and mind.

For thousands of years yogis have recognized the power of fire to purify, brighten, and illuminate consciousness. The third chakra is all about balancing the fire element to cultivate a strong sense of self. Connect to your inner power and ignite your inner spark to enhance your enthusiasm, positivity, and vitality.
Building intelligence at the heart. Practices to
expand love, joy, and compassion.
The word in yoga for the heart center is anahata, which means unstruck. Module 3 will bring you back into connection with the pure love in your heart, unstruck by the ups and downs of life. Rekindle the innate joy that is within you.
Free your authentic voice. Practices to open
the throat, enhance communication, and
realign with truth.
The throat is also known as the “center of nectar”. Peace, harmony, and understanding flow readily when the energy of the throat is balanced. This module will help you use your voice effectively, communicate from a place of conscious truth, and learn to listen well.
Use your mind as an ally and the art of letting go. Practices to hone your intuition, build awareness, and open to the mystery of life.
Yoga, like life, is a balance of effort and surrender. In this final module of the journey the focus shifts toward still, quiet, and reflective practices. Experience radiant rest and abiding calm - fertile ground for clarity, insight, and intuitive understanding.

You receive a new module at the beginning of each week. Each module includes 7 days of unique yoga, meditation and breath-work practices tailored for length, times of day, and specific focus all designed to help you anchor a regular yoga practice in your life. In addition, you receive videos on yoga philosophy and lifestyle, journal prompts, affirmations, and exercises for self-reflection and further practice. Plus suggestions for bonus rituals and aromatherapy to enhance your experience.

Meaghan de Roos is a yoga teacher, trainer, writer, and facilitator with a passion for creating safe and inclusive spaces for healing and transformation.
Meaghan’s profound understanding of the transformative power of yoga was gained through her own healing journey. She has since inspired countless students and teachers to move through the challenges of life with greater wisdom, strength, and grace.
Meaghan’s creative infusion of insight, story, and sequencing to empower and uplift every student has made her a sought after teacher and guide. She has 18 years of teaching experience and has taught classes, workshops, immersions, teacher training, and retreats to hundreds of students. Meaghan’s unique teaching style is a blend of her extensive training in hatha, kundalini, yin, restorative yoga, somatic psychology, and contemplative meditation.
For the past 9 years she has co-owned and directed Breathe Yoga Center, a community focused yoga studio in Norfolk, VA. Meaghan’s favorite thing to do is lovingly challenge her students to move through their blocks and step into a soulful life of purpose and meaning.
What are the dates of the immersion?
The Yoga For Life Immersion kicks off on Saturday October 23rd with the live half day retreat and runs for 5 consecutive weeks ending with the live Q&A on November 27.
Can I participate in this immersion if I live in a different time zone? What if I work full time?
Yes! This is the advantage to online learning. You can make it work in your life regardless of your circumstances. This immersion is especially designed to help you develop a routine with your practice and fit it into your life.
What level will the yoga practices be? I’m newer to yoga. Will this be too advanced for me?
The practices will be taught at an accessible level for all students. Modifications will be offered for those with limitations or injury. We encourage a lifelong practice made sustainable by trusting yourself and knowing when to rest.
Do I have access to you, Meaghan?
Yes! I will be guiding you through several live components of the immersion and I will be available for questions via the online learning portal. My mission with this program is to support your success in establishing a personal practice that will transform your life!
What if I can’t attend the live components? Will I miss out?
While I encourage you to attend the live components of the immersion in order to soak up the collective energy, you will not miss the content. Recordings will be sent out after the live components and you can practice them on your own when it works for you.
How long do I have access to the immersion?
For life! Once you complete the immersion you can jump back in at anytime. In fact, the content is designed specifically for this purpose. Need some inspiration or motivation to practice? Hop into the portal and choose a practice. I will be there when you need it.
